My name is Ross Walker, and I am an accomplished recruitment solopreneur. I founded my business in 2018 after gaining seven years of experience with leading recruitment firms in London and Los Angeles.
I consider myself fortunate to have built a career that offers both professional success and personal flexibility. Unlike many fathers who struggle to find time with their children due to demanding work schedules, I am able to finish my workday by 3:30 PM on most weekdays, dedicating quality time to my family. With my children now aged 5 and 7, I cherish these moments, knowing they are fleeting.
My goal is to help others achieve this same level of flexibility while creating greater financial independence than traditional employment can offer.
